INTRODUCTION

The market for microfiber product is growing rapidly worldwide but the market share is still lower than cotton product, more over in ASIA.

It is needed more concern and investment for exploring market, local market research, promotional cost, market entrance cost, etc.
But sooner or later, eventually the market is in mutual and Most End-Users know and perceive it is worth with paying to Microfiber Cloth even little expensive relatively to cotton cloth which widely used by End-Users in Home, Restaurant, Hotel, etc.

COMPANY PROFILE

Our company is the company specialized in manufacturing microfiber related products since foundation. We are the pioneer of Microfiber industry in Indonesia, building up strategic partnership to manufacture our own microfiber yarn with Korean factory in Indonesia that has been in textile industry since early seventies ( 1973 ).

Our product is guaranteed the same as Korean product because of adopting Korean microfiber and produce our end product under Korean technology.

We purchase high quality microfiber yarn (only AAA Grade), design final product with specialize in many details and develop cost-efficient product that gives best benefit for the customers and end user. This is not only tag-line or jargon; as this is the way we do and operate our business.

The factory has been certified with OEKO-TEX (an international testing and certification system for textiles, guaranteed using no harmful substance) and ISO 9001 (Standard for Quality Management Systems).




BUSINESS MODEL

We are developing and manufacturing microfiber product under MIPACKO® brand as well as customizing product with private label. We develop a broad Authorized Distributor Network in Indonesia as well as Sales agent worldwide. And we do not charge distributor fees, and do not require monthly or annual minimums.

We sell through various distribution channels (Mipacko® brand or private label):

Customers may customize and give private label our products to suit their needs. The benefits:

  • Customers can custom order products by fabric structure, size, color, composition and design to accommodate individual needs and brand the products with their own artwork, logos, labels, and packaging, but must refer to our MOQ (negotiable quantity).
  • Customer may also want to purchase roll dyed fabric only which is then manufactured (cutting to packaging) in to finished good in buyer side.
  • For customers in Indonesia: Products can be warehoused per customers’ inventory stock requirements and do not have to deal with manufacturing, foreign/domestic trade, importing and customs issues.
